The Mulholland Group
T
he Mulholland Group is a top producing Real Estate team at Equity Union Real Estate. The team began working with Zach Pomer when they joined the real estate office Zach worked at and he assisted them in creating a variety of print materials and social media templates to brand their business as they changed offices. The Mulholland Group gave Zach full control of the design of their website and he implemented his creative approach to create a visual display that would be cohesive with their brand and help them stand out from his competitors, along with capturing more leads.
After re-evaluating the group’s brand, Zach implemented additional colors and fonts to broaden the brand complexity and add more character to the existing brand. Zach took these changes and and began his work, making wireframe mockups and mood boards to inspire and then jumped into the programming process to continue the brand’s reach to its online customers. He used different shades of blues, stone backgrounds and and gradients throughout the site and utilized The Mulholland Group’s beautiful property photography from their past listings throughout the site. The team was ultimately thrilled with the result!

MY DESIGN PROCESSS
Exploration
When you decide to work with me, the first thing I do is research your industry and look at what your competitors are doing when it comes to design and marketing. This gives me an idea of what standard practices are used throughout or industry and allows me to be prepared when we meet and go over your coals.
Consultation
After I explore your business sector and analyze the design and concepts for some of your direct competitors, I’ll schedule an in-person or virtual consultation to go over your goals, the placement of your product or services and your vision for the final outcome and take all of your ideas and suggestions into the design process.
Implementation
After we meet, I take your ideas and the research that I do on your competitors and begin the design process. I provide you with regular updates and make sure that we are on the same page throughout the design process so I can deliver a product that you absolutely LOVE!
