hira Dunn is a top real estate agent in Los Angeles and hired ZP Branding & Marketing to create a custom real estate website that would help her generate leads, feature real time market statistics and increase brand awareness of Shira Dunn Real Estate Group. She and Zach met and discussed her vision for the project. Being extremely busy with her day-to-day real estate business, she wanted to be hands off and let Zach use our expertise to create a website that looked professional and included the outline of all the pages she required.
Zach took Shira’s notes and utilized content from her existing branding which he had previously created for her, then began to create her custom website. Zach wireframed the project homepage and once approved, jumped into the extensive site that shiradunn.com came to be. Zach added some additional pages that he thought would be beneficial to her business and presented the project after 60 days. Shira was ultimately thrilled with the result!

MY DESIGN PROCESSS
Exploration
When you decide to work with me, the first thing I do is research your industry and look at what your competitors are doing when it comes to design and marketing. This gives me an idea of what standard practices are used throughout or industry and allows me to be prepared when we meet and go over your coals.
Consultation
After I explore your business sector and analyze the design and concepts for some of your direct competitors, I’ll schedule an in-person or virtual consultation to go over your goals, the placement of your product or services and your vision for the final outcome and take all of your ideas and suggestions into the design process.
Implementation
After we meet, I take your ideas and the research that I do on your competitors and begin the design process. I provide you with regular updates and make sure that we are on the same page throughout the design process so I can deliver a product that you absolutely LOVE!
