Tasked with the challenge of helping a real estate team secure a significant client, ZP Branding and Marketing crafted a comprehensive multi-page proposal. The document outlined a strategic marketing plan specifically tailored to the branding needs of Orion Construction, a developer poised to make a substantial impact on the West Hollywood and Los Angeles luxury condo market. The proposal meticulously detailed the branding, advertising, and digital strategies that would be employed, from high-end print materials to a robust digital presence, aligning with Orion’s vision of upscale living.

The proposal was rich in visual content, including mock-ups of marketing materials and an in-depth look at the proposed brand overhaul. It effectively communicated the brokerage’s understanding of Orion’s needs and how they could elevate the company’s profile to match the opulence of their developments.

ith the successful acquisition of the Orion Construction account, ZP Branding and Marketing initiated the creation of a fresh, modern brand identity. The branding process involved designing logos for the each development that associated visually with their original logo that they had when we started working with them. We extended a sophisticated color palette to and established a visual language that reflects the upscale nature of Orion’s projects. Our approach was to embody the essence of luxury and innovation, crafting a brand that stood as a hallmark of quality and modern urban living.

or Orion Construction’s online presence, a sleek and intuitive landing page was developed, showcasing their services, past projects, and company ethos. The design was aligned with the newly established branding, using clean lines, a refined color scheme, and high-resolution images that highlighted the attention to detail in their developments.

The website’s user experience was carefully considered, ensuring that prospective clients and partners could easily navigate through Orion’s impressive portfolio and understand their commitment to transforming the future of urban living.

Simultaneously, a social media strategy was deployed, starting with the creation of Orion’s Instagram page. The feed was curated to display a collection of visually stunning images of their multifamily luxury condos, interspersed with snapshots of blueprints and behind-the-scenes looks at their meticulous development process. This approach not only showcased the beauty and desirability of their properties but also positioned Orion Construction as thought leaders in the real estate development space.

This gives me an idea of what standard practices are used throughout or industry and allows me to be prepared when we meet and go over your coals.

After I explore your business sector and analyze the design and concepts for some of your direct competitors, I’ll schedule an in-person or virtual consultation to go over your goals, the placement of your product or services and your vision for the final outcome and take all of your ideas and suggestions into the design process.
